Executive Chef of SKO
Chef Yoshio Takaida, a Michelin-starred sushi master with over 40 years of experience, leads SKO with a commitment to authenticity and excellence. Trained at top establishments in Japan including Ito-Shoten in Kyushu and Kappo Shigeru in Tokyo, his career brought him to the U.S., where he led renowned kitchens like Horikawa in LA and Inagiku in NYC. Now as SKO’s head chef, he brings refined technique, premium ingredients, and deep tradition to every dish.
