Rooted in the principles of Edomae-style sushi, our approach emphasizes restraint, precision, and the natural character of each ingredients. Guided by Chef Katsumine Fukuyama’s philosophy, each piece is prepared with careful attention to timing, temperature, and balance.

From intimate omakase experiences to larger-scale events, our sushi is designed to be experienced at its peak, whether served at the counter or within a curated setting.

Korean

Our Korean offerings present a refined interpretation of traditional flavors, expressed with clarity and intention. Drawing from foundational techniques and quality ingredients, each dish is composed to bring warmth and depth to both intimate and larger gatherings.
